Terms and Conditions

When a customer makes a booking with house buzz, a tentative project cost will be given. This is an approximate estimate for the customer. This estimates cost are very the final project based on the super built up area and the finalised architect designs.
10% of the project value will be collected for the advance payment before execution. This amount will be utilized for site cleaning, site marking soil test and labour shed works.
Our standard packages rates are valid only for a period of 8 months from the date of start of construction.
Any changes in the market rate of construction materials shall be reimbursed by the client.
Advance payment of 10% is a booking amount.This amount is non refundable. Because these amounts are already utilized for design site cleaning, soil tests and survey works.
Stage wise bills sent to the client for payments during execution.
House buzz shall collect full and final payment as per the content at the time of handover of your home.
Electricity and water shall be supplied by the client for the entire period of construction labour shed shall be provided by the client.
Sump shall be constructed at a price of Rs.20/litres and septic tank shall be constructed at a price of Rs.18\litres
Concealed beams, projections, pergola, sky lights and elevations will be charged extra as per customer requirements and these are not included in any of the packages customer choose for construction
The above prices are exclusive of GST.

The Architect will provide you with 3 to 4 designs.If any changes are made to your needs.It will be customized by our chief architect.
The Architect will recommend the Vaster you nees.It depends on the customer’s preference
Car parking areas will be calculated as 70% of the build up area.
If the Customer is asked to make any changes during the initial stage of the design it will be provided.But if you want to make any other changes after the design is completed,it is not encouraged and it depends on the desire of the chief architect.
If the Customer comes in to the engineers to make any changes in the design of onSite,they will approach the architect.However any drawings engineers provide will be charged.
Any Violation by the customer in architectural design (or) structural design is entirely at the customer’s risk.The customer solely responsible.The Engineers team or Housebuzz working on the site does not support such breaches.

Types of materials may vary depending on the final drawings and materials available at the time of construction.During these times,Housebuzz will ensure you get the value of your invested money.
The quality engineer will ensure the quality of the materials at the site.All construction materials will be produced only after the samples have been taken and tested

Housebuzz does not encourage customers to contact labour contractors or vendors directly for additional requirements.If a labour contractor or vendor is found to interact with customers,they will be expelled from the project.
Housebuzz will not entertain third party inspection for structural/design related discussion asper the contract signed with us.

Housebuzz provides a size-month general warranty for plumbing,Electrical and Carpentry ,one-year warranty on seepage on all construction services and ten year warranty on structure and underground sump.
Fittings, Fixtures and Equipment’s will be rendered, replaced or repaired
