Basement

1.Basement height will be 3’ Ft from the Existing Ground Level.
2.When the height of Basement increases more than 3’Ft , the additional charge is Rs.150/Sq.ft will be charged for every one foot height.(excluding retaining wall).

I. Area calculation and extra charges:

1.Car parking will be charged 75% of the buildup area
2.Headroom will be charged 100% of the buildup area
3.Measurements for the Super built-up area will be taken jointly

II. Architectural details and extra charges:

1.Circular/ helical staircase will be charged extra @ Rs.650/sqft
2.Tapered roof area will be charged at Rs.200/sqft.
3.Elevations with CNC cutting jalli/ RCC pergolas/ MS pergolas will be charged extra
4.Wall niches shall be provided as per the Architects design and will be charged additional

7.All plumbing and electrical work will be done as per the drawing given by the Architect

IV. Site related extra charges:

1.Rainwater sump, Percolation pit and site cleaning will be charged extra
2.Excavation will be charged extra when associated with water/loose soil/stone

1.BOQ quantities may vary as per site condition based on the execution.
2.Additional cost of elevation treatment not included.
